I have recently moved into a house with this Fujitsu TV, however there was no remote control. I have downloaded a manual but I havent been able to rectify my problem. I am unable to get any audio and I am unable to access the TV menu. I have two questions. 1. Does this model TV have internal seakers or only external speakers ? I have connected two external speakers to the speaker connections on the back of the TV, but there is no audio output. 2. Is it possible to access the TV Menu without a remote control ? I did buy a universal remote control, however there are no codes listed for Fujitsu models, nor does any of the "Other" codes work.

I think you are muting the the remote before you relocated...you need a remote to un-mute the sound of your TV...this cannot be done using the volume control in your TV unless you have the remote...if you loss the remote...buy a universal remote control
