Me thinks IF you tried the 'code search' function and none worked, I sincerely doubt if any other 'codes' will marry your Philips Remote to your electrohome TV. This is because your "SEARCH" effort already went through ALL of the possible codes THAT Philips Remote knows and can deliver. It is also possible that a different MODEL of Philips Remote MAY stumble on codes that DO work! IF you have a 'original' remote, SOME NEWER remotes can LEARN the proper codes from the original remote! BUT you NEED that original remote to send the desired IR data pulses to the smart student remote. And GOD ~ those TV's are SO OLD, did they even HAVE remotes?? Anthony

The codes are specific to the model, and Phillips makes several different models. Phillips codes are available here:

Once you find your remote control in their list, if there is no obvious list of codes, try the Quick Start Guide or the User Manual.

If the guide for your specific remote doesn't have Sharp televisions in the list, try codes 0509, 0913, 0907, 0603, 0002, 0502, 0224, 0228, 0202, 0111, 2550, and 0813.

If none of these work, please reply with your specific television and remote control models.

By the way, although the sticker in the battery compartment says CL035A, the model of the remote is actually a SRU 3007. It's a big button remote
