My GE Profile washer Model number WPGT9350COPL will not respond and makes random beeping sounds. I have attempted cutting the power for several minutes, but it comes on with the same issue. Touchscreen does not respond to any commands, just stays lit and beeps randomly.

It has happened now and again, but in most cases it was traced to the control circuit board. If under warranty, have a technician check it out.

if its an f-7 error code its due to a stuck error code

You have a stuck keypad or a bad electronic oven control. Try pressing all buttons at random several times each to unstick a faulty pad. If that does not work the EOC must be replaced.

The cold water solenoid valve seems to have failed on you. They're easy to replace and can be purchased at any appliance parts company

Press and hold the my cycles button and the back button simultaneously for 3 seconds. This will reset the control panel and allow you to see any stored errors.

1 press power ( to wake up washer)
2 press Home ( it may already show HOME)
3 press HELP
4 press and hold MY CYCLES and BACK (for 3 to 5 seconds)

the service mode diagnostics screen will come up
it will show what errors are recorded..( if more button is displayed then also go to next list)

be sure to write them down exit will clear the codes and run a test
