Place it on its front on the floor and give the back a hit, then turn if on. The balls just got stuck. Fixed mine!

It broke on me for the second time. In the past I fixed it by replacing a 4A fuse inside. This time, as soon as I plugged the thing after replacing the fuse, the fuse burned out spectacularly. So, I had to dig deeper. So far I found two problems: a bad rectifier bridge on the control board with the relays and I have also found that the 12V power supply for some reason produces 22V. I am going to replace the bridge but don't know what to do with the 12V supply. I wonder if the marking on the boards and on transformer is wrong?...
