Make sure of your serial number. Then take it to a music store that deals with clarinets. You need to know what type/brand of clarinet you before you can know. I do know that Selmer #'s are nowhere close to the serial $ you provided.
usually If a certain note doesnot play the note before it is not seating correctly. Check all pads that they are sealing behind the bad notes, also make sure the octive key is sealing.

I you go to www.yamaha.com click on musical instruments, then support, you can call or email them directly to get model, product info, owners guides can be downloaded, warranty info and replacement parts can be found. Protect it from temperature and humidity changes. Also obtain some clarinet or woodwind bore oil and apply a small amount to the inside using a swab. I am assuming you have a wooden recorder. Otherwise you can use dish soap and warm water with a shaver brush or a small bore mouthpiece brush and some Qtips for the tone holes. Don't use water on a wooden recorder.
