When you go into setttings on your hp chromebook, if you are turning something off should the button turn blue

If your camera isn't working, or if you see a message that says "No camera found": Turn off your Chromebook, then turn it back on. Try using the camera in another app, like Hangouts. If it works in that app, uninstall the app where it doesn't work, then reinstall it.

I would say that you have a bad or discharged battery. Try an overnite charge, then try to turn it on, if it does not come on, the battery should be replaced.

found this from another forum but not sure as I do not know chromebook but looks like you have to wipe the chromebook back to developer mode

blue sreen mainly coming from memmory and hard disk try to change one by one try .......

Couldn't you just turn it off, then unplug it. Do that, see what happens.

Assuming you use the build-in Camera app.
Take the picture, a thumbnail of it will appear on the right-bottom corner of the window. Click on it, a new window opens, click again on desired pictured and then click Save blue button on the right-bottom coner.
Choose a location for it (eg. Desktop). Go to Facebook and upload your picture.
