Try the following.
Ensure the connector going to the controller is secure.
Remove power to the motor by stowing it. Wait until the remote screen goes blank. Deploy the motor to power it up verifying that the System Ready light comes back on when the motor is deployed.
Press any button on the remote to turn it on.
If F code returns then probably controller board will need replaced.
SOURCE: Mounting a sonor/transducer on a MinnKota Riptide ST
Did the unit come with a strap to mount the transducer to a bow mount electric? Most units do... If not there is probably one available for the unit as an aftermarket accessory or accessory from the manufacturer... Regarding the transducer wire, just wrap and rout this up the front of the bow mount motor shaft so when you pull the motor up and secure it, it is not going to get in the way. You could cable tie the cord down near the bottom of the shaft and one up near the top where they wont interfere with the motor bracket when the motor is positioned up on the boat.
SOURCE: I have a Minnkota Riptide 80# thrust trollmotor.
1. possibly a broken connection to the motor where the propeller is located. 2. Also could be a bad motor. 3. Look for a fuse location for a possible blown fuse to the motor. 4. motor brushes could be the problem.

if it is not steering with the remote - then the problem could be something as simple as the switching relay,, or a bad pin / wire in the plug,, or it could be a bad servo motor.
the best way to trouble shoot the unit would be to open the case and use volt meter to trace the voltage flow. also make sure you are getting power to and thru the remote as I have seen the control buttons go bad.
if you are still having troubles and have more questions - please feel free to write me back here and I will do my best to walk you through the steps needed to fix or trouble shoot more.
have a great night,
