Just use vinegar. Fill the reservoir with white vinegar, put a pot or big bowl under the spout, get ready as if you were going to brew and then press BOTH the one cup and two cup buttons together.

Run the vinegar through again when it's done, and then run clean (filtered, preferably) water through twice. You're done.

Set watch to CHR mode, pull out crown, all dials will return to 0 posn. HR shoul be displayed on left digital panel. Move hour hand by turning crown to posn half way between 12 and one, press top button (MIN should appear in left panel), set min to 6 o'clock posn. Push crown back in and set time for timezone nearest to where you are that is offset by one hour.
