Disconnect the battery for 10 minutes then reconnect it. If this doesn't work then the arrow mechanism might be faulty. Which is unlikely. Could be a disconnect somewhere from the sensors around your wheels to the computer itself.
make sure you replaced the correct directional light relay, and not the hazard relay. Check all fuses. check grounds at rear lights. If all of the following are good, your lumina would have a faulty multifunction switch.
