B. What beeps when you do something? What are you doing to cause the beep.
Lights are usually on the low voltage or the 110v side of the oven so a light coming on means nothing. Possibly the oven fuses or breakers are only delivering to one side of the oven... first get someone to check the breakers to see if both are closed. REset them by turning to off and then on again, If doesnt work then check if any fuses on the unit... one may be blown.
Next see if there are any clicks made forget about the beeps.. the power to the oven is controlled by a relay on the circuit board.
Before this happened did anyone wash the front panel... moisture and cleaning solution gets down through the seal and causes problems with the circuitry... if so you are going to need to repair the face of the board if you are handy, or get a new one, or check out your local Habitat for Humanity RESTORE for a good used appliance..,. There are some there for less than a new board or new ones with minor scratches. (probably less than your current ovens,.

This blank display is a common control board problem. If the buttons beep when pressed, then the control board is getting adequate power.
