I have a Technics SA-AX6 the front display won’t turn on or doesn’t turn on

If the front panel display on your Technics SA-AX6 is not turning on even though you have replaced the display board and verified that the ribbon cable is not broken, there may be an issue with the power supply or the main control board. It's possible that a component on one of these boards has failed, preventing the display from receiving power or a signal. You may need to take the receiver to a professional repair shop for further diagnosis and repair.

I have a technics SA 400 reciever. All the lights work when turned on, but no sound is coming out.

Hello,

If your technics SA 400 reciever turns on all the light but does not seem to produce any sound. Then you need to understand that there seem to be a problem with the unit.

The problem mainly if from the output of the receiver. Check to see if the cables are properly hooked up to the receiver. Then also check if the volume is not on the lowest. Then you try to test other cords on the device to know if the problem is not from the cords.

If it is confirmed that the problem is not from the cord, then it means the jack/port is faulty and need to be replaced.

Have the jack replaced or the ports on the receiver and it will work perfectly fine.

Hope this was helpful

Technics SA-DA10 Receiver-no sound

Most of these problems are rooted in a failed power amp module.
I'm working on an older technics unit but with the same troubles.

Technics SA-AX720

Look for lossing solders points or bad conections. Start to look on those components of hi wattage and components to get hot alot, those are the most common to have weak solders spots.
Also some equipment need to be clean because the dust can make problems.
good luk.
