The error you are getting on your windows is because of the missing boot.mgr file. It could be damaged or corrupted. Now either you have to install a fresh copy of windows or initiate a startup repair.

The first thing I would try is to try to start the computer is Safemode. Safemode is a way of loading Windows without loading all of it. It only starts up with the most basic stuff that you need to help you diagnose other problems.
To start in Safemode, turn off the computer. Turn on the computer, and immediately begin pressing the F8 key. Press it once every half of a second, and keep doing this over and over and over. If the computer allows you to get into Safemode, then you have a chance to try to Restore the computer to an earlier point.
If you cannot accomplish anything using this method, then you may need to find someone who has an "external cd drive." This will make it possible for you to put the original Windows discs in and do a repair that way. This assumes you have those discs! If you don't have the discs, you may be able to buy them from Advent. I would suggest going to their web site to see if they offer any other solutions!
I just looked at the Advent site located here: Advent. It appears that your recovery discs are actually not burned onto discs when you first get the machine. You are supposed to put one of those USB drives (thumb drive) into the machine when it is still working right and copy the recovery program onto the USB drive. Maybe if you can get the computer to start in Safemode, then you might be able to copy the recovery program as instructed on the Advent website above. Just click that link and read about it.
