My hp desktop PC, i do not have ANY icon how do i fix this?

NO PC stated, no OS stated, par for the course here. and for sure hopeless to answer with clarity. what ION are you trying to find,? name one please. my PC has like 100 there. more really I run (stardock frames) so have 5 desktops. cool no? PCs turn on in Serial set of steps first is POWER (the "ON" button) then you see HP logo, this the BIOS firmware running first. and is first then POST happens, power on self tests. and errors to the screen. now,. or beeps of LED flashing out error codes. count them? then windows loads, and you see, windows login page. if it is windows. not stated hp sells PC world wide with windows, all versions, and citrix linux freedos. endless versions mostly. on new PCs mostly W10 then the 2 fans spin, on on PSU and one on ECu. or more, is this a fake desktop called All-In-One? be nice to know what PC you have first. does ICON means ICONS (more than one or all missing):
