I mean, it's probably common for the bad moving companies since I've never faced that kind of mistake from the company. That's why I think you shouldn't skimp on something as important as cross country movers because they're responsible for your belongings and your relocation. I hope that you won't deal with companies like that ever again.
Is that common for moving companies to drop inportant things? Well, now I definitely don't want to hire one.

The error issue your printer is facing means "Fuser STS Front Disconnection fail"
First try to reset the printer by powering off and then on. If the problem still persists then you need to detect fuser or fuser assembly which is required to be replaced.

the lid has 2 small points the holds down 2 censors that indicate when it is off, make sure that there are not broken and that the censors are being engaged.

Check our USB cable. It should contain AWG marking on it. Depending on AWG number there is a limit to USB cable length as follows:
28AWG = 0.81 m
26AWG = 1.31 m
24AWG = 2.08 m
22AWG = 3.33 m
20AWG = 5.00 m
Make sure your cable does not exceed the maximum length according to its marking. Replace the cable if it exceeds the length.

The laser went out. You have to have the ROS replacement kit. I priced it and it was $255 for it. They dont recommend doing it yourself. Its $75 an hr labor.
