My Leica TCRA 1101 plus robotic total station is displaying an EDM error message when trying to take a distance measurement
I believe this could be due to either an EDM mother board fault or a problem with the EDM filter
Does anyone know where I can send the instrument for inspection and repair or where I can get hold of a now no longer produced EDM mother board
The instrument is in excellent condition and I have had it for many trouble free surveying years indeed this is the first time I’ve had issues with the kit
If I can’t get it repaired would anyone with the expertise to repair it like to make me a sensible offer to buy and get themselves a cracking peice of Robotic Total Station kit

when i powered my TCR 1103, the vertical and horizontal figures do not show and even when i turn it 360degrees, still no figure, it does not level nor track williams

The Leica Total Station is on Lease. and if you don't pay the monthly fee, they lock it on you with a PUK Lock. Only Leica can unlock it. There is no other way, no magic codes, no way to work it out from the serial number. They use an RSA 128 bit encrypted password of about 12 to 16 letters and numbers.

We produce an external box (very small dimensions) to connect BT device (such as tablet Win10 or WinMobile controller) using the serial port (Lemo plug) of your TCRA.
