I didn't use it for a long time and i just reinstall it on a windows XP. By the status monitor i can adjust 5mm but what to do when it's more? Thanks for reply

Try these steps ::>>
Go to Control Panel / Printer and Fax and then right click on the
R260 printer icon / from the options left click on printing preferences /
on the Printing Preferences window click on Maintenance Tab / on the
lower right click on the Speed and Progress Tab / on the Speed and Progress window there are check boxes look and see if the box for the Disable EPSON Status Monitor 3 has a check on it ( if it has a check., remove it )

Most likely the sensor cable is bad. I have them is stock for this printer.

SOURCE: why does my printer takes ages to print a disc
The printer will take about 5 min to print the first disc as it needs to warm up and then every disc after will take 60 ~ 90 seconds depending on the quality settings.

Hello Chris_sizer,
Open the side of the printer that holds the ribbons.
Remove both the CMY and the Retransfer Ribbon.
There is a metal plate under where the CMY ribbon goes in that has 3 screws, two are located tward the front and one is located on the back wall on a metal tab.
Remove these three screws and the plate.
Now you can remove any debris or discs that are blocking the tray movement.
