Contact Netflix.

Click on your portrait in the right-hand corner and click on the options that reads: "Your Account."

You'll see "Cancel membership" under Membership & Billing in your account preferences. Click on it.

Now, Netflix will run down what will happen when you cancel your membership, which includes:

• When your subscription will be cancelled
• That you'll receive a confirmation of the cancellation
• You can restart your membership, but you'll lose any grandfathered pricing tier

Click "Complete Cancellation" to cancel your Netflix membership.
Once cancelled, you'll receive an email confirmation to confirm it's been cancelled and confirm the date once again
