Why does my roland mobile cube hum when I plug into it?

  • Anonymous Nov 23, 2018

What I discovered was that it was in fact, a brand new L.R. Baggs pickup (the type built into the bridge) that was causing the problem. The guy I got it from tried everything, but couldn't make the problem go away. Fortunately, I still had my old one, a McIntyre pickup, which just sticks on.

If it hums when running on battery power, either your cable from your instrument needs repair, or it's the wrong type (unshielded or TRS) or your instrument has a problem, or you're in an area that has too much RF or electromagnetic interference.

I am also using IOS and Android. So how can I improve some features? The black screen helps you relax when using the computer too much.

I want to disable the circuit that allows my roland mobile cube to cut out at higher volume. i'd rather it catch on fire than cut out.

lucky you that wants to get burnt
disabling a safety feature is NOT the way to go but fixing the fault that wants you to do so is the way to go

Roland Micro Cube Amp fuse blew out. How do you fix it?

have a look here:

although it doesn't mention the fuse you will probably find it. Sometimes there is a fuse access on the outer case.

My roland kc-60 has a hum but i cant get any sound but that

Does the hum exist with no cable plugged in? If so, take in for service. If there is no hum with cable out, then try new cable and/or musical instrument be it guitar or keyboard as the problem is likely in those.
