Start on page 17. this should be done by electrician. pump is 230 vac and there must b a different wiring to use 120 vac. Call an electrician, and stop replacing igniters.

How to convert from 230v to 115v

This unit has a plug that has multiple jumpers that converts it from 230 to 115. If I were doing it I would call Jandy technical support and let them lead you through the process. If you are not a pool equipment professional they may not support this change over the phone. You can only ask. I hope this helps.

Keep burning power conversion plug on PC board I am running unit at 230 volts I have change transformer also

You should first start with converting the unit to run on 115 VAC if you can. We had a unit that went thru three ignitors, 2 selector boards, two main boards and a transformer in one summer in part because the electronics in that model are sensitive to spikes and spikes on a 230 circuit are worse than the same spikes would be wired for 115. Jandy was the source for that recommendation, not us.

Anyway, consider changing the line voltage and thoroughly inspect your main board to be certain it is not damaged. Assuming the main PCB is ok your best bet with a new part should be low voltage. Since we converted the unit we were working on it has been trouble-free.

Fl4 code i replace the ignator but the code is still present i want to know if the conversion plug is the problem

Thank you for posting your question here on Fixya.com.

If you follow the two wires up from the ignitor to the PCB what voltage do you get there? If it is 115V then it is unlikely the conversion plug is the problem. If you get 230 the plug is bad. If you get 0 look at the main PCB and/or the transformer. Be sure the inline fuses are OK as well.

If this answer does not fix your problem, please comment with additional details prior to rating the answer. Positive feedback is appreciated once your problem is solved!
