Riccar 8650 vacuums reset.....cannot find as stated just above left wheel and to the right....all smooth dark blue plastic housing

Your 8650 is likely about 30 years old. It may not have a reset switch. If it won't run it may need a new cord or switch. If it's in good shape it may be worth having it looked at by your local Riccar dealer.

Riccar moonlight replace wheel

There are clips on the inside of the wheel hold the wheel on. You can break the old ones to remove it. The new one will snap in place.

Reset button power

Reset switch is located on the back of the vacuum and close to the back wheels.Press a reset switch a few times and vacuum should start. Check also cord plug . Many times metal prongs are broken at the end of the cord (usually one of them)

Riccar sunburst vacuum wheel

There are little prongs that hold the wheel on. New wheels are inexpensive if it needs to be replaced. Break the prongs off with a skinny screwdriver to remove the wheel. The new wheel will just snap in place.

Where is the reset button on the Riccar 8995

The reset button on the Riccar 8955 is located on the back of the vacuum cleaner, at the very bottom, right above the rear wheels. You can push the reset button with a ball point pen or something similar.
