You can fill it up to 1/4 of an inch to the top/cap, do not overfill. You can use 5w30, 10w30 or SAE30wt oil depending on the ambient temperature. In ambient temperatures of 55-above SAE30 wt is recommended. See Oil Recommendations in the image I added below. SAE 30wt oil is the normal viscosity to use in most regions unless you are going to use it in sub 0 temperatures and then you will need 5w30 or 10w30.

SOURCE: Oil stick is stuck

Have you ever checked it before? Do you know if it's a screw on cap? It could be that the cap is slotted, and is only supposed to turn a 1/4 turn. Try not to force it, and use a light touch.

Hope this helps!

Your transmission is sealed and has no dip stick, checking the fluid level properly involves using a factory scan tool.

SOURCE: Why is my engine oil so thin like water and has a

Sounds like fuel in oil obviously. Don't run it until you cure problem !! You may have a an injector leaking down or something. If your fuel is mixing with oil, it's just a matter of time before it seizes if you keep running it. Has it had starting problems lately?

SOURCE: oil to gas mixture for a craftsman 3.75 hp pressure washer

There is universal 2 cycle oil available (pro-mix at Lowe's for example) that is good for all ratios from 16:1 to 50:1. With this oil you add the same amount of oil to the gas independent of ratio required. One gas can, no ratio worries. Hope this helps.

Location of pump oil input valve

Hi
Im surprised that this model pump has a oil refill. Most pumps of this size arent refillable. This looks to be a pump made by FAIP. Its an ok pump but I would recommend using it until it fails and then replace with an AR RMW pump. Much easier to get parts for. Here is a diagram of your pump...The oil refill plug is on the side of the pump...that is located under your engine. You want to get the recommended oil for your pump. Most pump oils are 30 weight non-detergent but these small pumps take an oil specific to only them. So follow your specs...your diagram is here http www searspartsdirect com Craftsman Power washer Parts Model 580752330...
and your manual is here 580752330 CRAFTSMAN PRESSURE WASHER Manual

What type of fuel to be filled in 5.5 honda (R) Over cam

If engine has a place for oil, then use ordinary gasoline.
If engine does not have a place for oil, then you use 2-cycle mix with the gasoline

If you have a power washer, there are normally 2 places to put oil.
1) in the pump head >> use SAE20 or SAE30 >> fill it about half way.
2) At bottom of engine is a screw-out plug >> use 10-W30 oil >> fill until it comes up 1/2 or 2/3 up on dip stick.

I would like to know if this pressure wahser use only gas or (Gas and Oil) is mixed?

352edb9.jpg

If your engine has a place to put oil, then your power washer uses ordinary gasoline.
The only type engine that uses 2-cycle oil and gas mixture is engine that has no place to put oil.

Oil for pump comes half way up >>> pump uses SAE20 or SAE 30 non-detergent motor oil
Oil for engine comes half way up dip stick and uses 10-W30 motor oil

I had a bolt break off the engine shaft end and tookthe pump apart and replaced the bolt. How do you fill the pump back up with oil?

44dba74.jpg

The pump housing usually has a plastic viewport about half way up on side of pump
Oil should come to middle of viewport
Use 20 or 30 weight non detergent oil > SAE20 SAE30

The engine uses 10-W-30 and should come about half way up dip stick

Pump oil comes about half way up inside pump housing > pump oil is 20 or 30 weight non-detergent oil SAE20 SAE 30
Engine oil comes half way up dip stick > engine oil 10W30

How many ounces or quarts of oil do you put in the engine and what kind when changing the oil?

Power washer needs oil 2 places.

d72f00f.jpg

The pump head has a plastic window on side of pump. Oil should fill to middle of that window. Pump should have 20 or 30 weight NON detergent oil. SAE20 SAE 30 I believe. Auto parts store will know which is NON detergent.

The engine oil is ordinary 10W30. We used to change oil after each painting season by tilting engine to the side. Do not turn engine on it's side or upside down or oil will run into carburetor.

I don't remember exactly how many quarts we put back. Maybe 2? Fill up reservoir until oil is about half-way up dip stick.

Oil change

Probably about 1 1/2 quart ... you will have to confirm the fill with the dip stick. Do not over fill .. Put in 1 quart ... start the engine ... let it run for 30 seconds of so ... shut it off and check the dip stick.
