Hi,
try to put in the dregbox to the machine, close the door and power on the machine. When the machine not make any noise, open the door and put in the brew group.

That is the machine is saying to empty the drip tray, pull out the tray on the side and wait until the red light start flashing then put back the tray.

That is serious, that means the grinder is jammed or not working. To check the components of the machine follow these instructions.
Press and hold the steam button and turn on the machine, when you see the lights going around in anticlockwise direction, release the button. Turn the coffee dial to the left and press the steam button, the grinder should turn. Dial on the right and pressing coffee ****. water pump runs. Press steam ****. brew group go up, dial 1/4 to left B/Group down.
If grinder not turning the motor is bad. Hope it will help to find out.

Same problem here. I've googled and see that there are many people with the same problem but no clues about how to solve it:
My Saeco Odea Giro is flashing two lights alternatelly (Dregdrawer Light and Descaling Light). What's the problem and how can I solve it?

Many helpful comments on how to use this model on the Amazon site shown below. Unfortunatley, if no lights at all, it needs a repair within the unit that required technical knowledge and skill that I do not have. For that reason, I am putting this information in a comment, to allow anyone else to easily propose an answer that they have.

Possible dead fuse, or failed electronics board within the unit explained at web site above. (Verify electric socket and power cord are good, of course, before opening to repair.) Not sure where you could get parts other than eBay.
