We bought a Saeco / Lavazza lb5010 automatic espresso commercial machine. It's second hand from a repossessed coffee shop. The machine keeps asking for a password or a maintenance code. Does anyone know where to find this or how to reset?

do you use the machine often oil in coffee create residue and can accumulate on the grinder and the residue is so thick that it does not let coffee trus remove the coffee bean and were the beans go u should see the grinder teet use a little tootbrush or anything that might fit in there remove the residue and try it it should be good thanks for using fixya pierre

Hi
If you are talking about the descale light you must let the machine quit on its own. The lights will change. Then do the rinse by replacing the water in the tank and closing and then reopening the steam knob and again letting the machine quit on its own. Again the lights will change. Then repeat the last cycle until all the red lights go away and you only have a green blinking light. Stopping it when it is out of water will only let it continue on with the descale cycle. The pump must quit on its own.
