Answerphone deletes message on first playback

Your handset answer machine is full of old messages,these need to be deleted.
On your handset press MENU (the tick button).
PLAY MESSAGE appears (If not use the VOL up and down arrows to display Play message)
Press MENU again......
New Message 00 appears
Press the VOL arrow down button (This will display old messages stored on the phone)
Press the MENU button once more
As each message is played back press the" X" button (says Secrecy above it )to delete each message,the answer machine will number each message as you go along.
