Leave the dump box out. Use a spoon to hit the switch where the dump box would normally hit. Hold the switch until the flap is no longer in the way then replace the dump box.

Saeco Vienna superautomatica won't dump grounds puck into dump box

This needs looking at by a Saeco repair shop - the brew unit travels in a distinct 'pathway' from being empty, to filled, to coffee being tamped, then to being emptied. Yours is obviously not working as intended.
It may be the brew unit needs lubricating ( NOT OIL) or it may be the gear system that drives the brew units movements that needs attention.
Cheers
Mike.

Saeco Vienna. Wet cofffee grinds in the dump box.

It could be the grind on the coffee or the red group o-ring and the 2 o-rings on the white plastic valve need to be replaced.

The brew group to my Vienna Deluxe is out of sync. I cannot get it to fit into the machine and then add the dump box for the grains. They do not fit. I do not want to force the brew group into place....

Problem: Brew group is out of sync. Brew group insertion. Brew group alignment.

Answer: Common to all Saeco superautomatics. After removing and cleaning the brew group, it will get onto the supports but will not lock into place as the gear is not aligned. With the brew group on a clean, well lit table, use a pair of chopsticks and a friend to assist. There is a small lever arm on each side that is accessible from the outside of the brew group. As the carriage slides down towards the correct position, the arms are seen 1" above the drive gear and towards the handle side of the brew group. Gently push in the lever so it slides inside of the locking bar. Both sides need to get pushed in at the same time so it helps to have a friend hold the brew group and push in one side while you pull down on the carriage and push in the other lever. The chopsticks insert into the half-moon on each side above the locking mechanism.

Saeco Vienna deluxe brew group was jammed

If you have the box the machine came in there is a key that kinda looks like a wine opener, use that to set the little arrow on the brew unit to the "N" letter, then the unit will fit into the machine.

Brew group/dump box

Hi,

If you open the door, start the machine, take a screwdriver in the hole lokated in the left lower side and a other in the hole lokated in the right top corner. Now should the machine do her selftest and go back to start positions.

Dump box and brew group stuck

sounds like you inserted the brew group wrong.
if stuck it can be sometimes a hassle to get it out.
ok try these options.
Turn on ,off and on again see if that straightens the brew group out. If not open the door and try to push the knob of the brew group, push it inward and than pull it out . Make sure you try it first with power off. If this does not work pull on the moment you power the machine on.
Let me know what happens. We'll fix it

Water in dump box

You have more than one problem.
You need to order a new filter since, if it is stripped, you cannot use it. The water in the dump box is caused either by that filter not being clean and not allowing the water to pass, thus dumping it into your dump box(the usual case), or a worn or failed O ring.
The other problem, the brew group not working, could be caused by any number of issues and would need more information. You may simply have not put it back on properly or got the timing sequence off.
