I recommend that you check to see if any fans are running in the refrigerator. If you hear nothing to indicate that it is working at all, I recommend that you check the house circuit breaker for the refrigerator outlet. If the breaker is not tripped, check to make sure that the refrigerator is plugged in. Try plugging it into a different outlet if possible. If the outlet is bad, it will need to be repaired by an electrician. If you do hear fans running and the freezer is cooling properly, you could have an air flow problem. Check the vent on the top left inside wall of the refrigerator to make sure that it is not blocked. Also check the vent at the bottom of that wall. If these vents are blocked, the cold air will not circulate through the refrigerator section. Check the back inside panel of the freezer for a build-up of frost or ice. This could indicate that you have a problem with the automatic defrost system. If frost builds up on the evaporator fins, it will eventually block the air flow through the refrigerator.

Move the refrigerator forward, and pull the power cord out of the outlet. Wait approximately one minute before plugging the appliance back in. The internal microcomputer will reset itself while the power is off, clearing any minor faults.
