Most often it is a font or upper case, lower case, or symbol issue,
either with your log-in name or password, or both.

When you said up the accounts, you should have recieved a confirmation notice in your email of account set-up.

When you get to the long in screen, copy and paste your log-in information directly from your confirmation/account information that they sent you.

Should this not work, if u submit to them your log-in user name ,they will provide your password.

Again copy and paste the information in, so it reads exactly how they have it showing.

Well not that i'd want to do it but you could install a haker program called keystroke recorder. What it dose is grabs all key strokes and saves that info in a file for later viewing. Good luck.
