Hi Info39684,
It sounds like your Cyan imaging unit has gone down.
Have you thought of changing the orientation of your paper from A4 protrait to A4 landscape. If the blue line is at the bottom, changing the orientation should hide the problem. It's not going to fix it, and if you use A3 then you will see the line again. It's just an idea and you could save yourself £250 on a new unit.

Check and see if it does it on copies too. If so then your paper trays maybe out of center or your paper guides may be open. If everything is center and registration is correct, your print may be in the "Void Margin" this is an area around the page the machine will not put toner in. Konica Minolta Bizhub C203 copiers do not have an edge to edge print capability

Where is the Black Polygon Mirror Motor in the bizhub c203

there are four polygon motors in side the print head which is located below each drums, the polygon motor is what spreads LASER beam across the length of the drum with the image. To replace you replace all four yellow, magenta, cyan and black, black in particular because that is the reference color for the color print heads

C-255A (C255A), C-255B (C255B), C-2559 (C2559) or C-255C (C255C) at power up.
Description:
C-255x code at power up.
Solution:
CAUSE: The K (black) IU (C-255C) has failed. The M (Magenta) IU (C-255A), Y (Yellow) IU (C-255B) or C (Cyan) IU (C-2559) is not fully seated or has failed.

Have a black line printing on the bottom of the page. It appears on regular paper and when we put in paper with a footer, it smudges it.

your fuser unit needs an upper fuser roller or just replaced... there is one thing you can do to see if that is what you need... look inside fuser (its the hot part) do you see a black roller? it sould have no silver or lines on it. That roller is coated with tephlon (i dont know how to spell it) if the coating is gone toner will stick to it and cause that problem

please give correct info... there is no bizhub c362 there is a c352 but your post is in the c203.... if its a c203 then the tx reports are in the utility/counter then common settings. i can help you more if needed
