Suggest uploading the form again with correct student number and then contact centrelink 132490 - phone before 10 AM to get through to a person for quicker assistance. Or walk into a centrelink office before 10 AM. Mon - Fri and state your mistake.
Otherwise it will take at least 20 minutes to 2 hours on hold to get someone to help you.

Sorry to say this we won't provide any key for any product .You contact microsoft for getting the key .If you provide them the serial number they will provide you the key .
