You should be able to get support thru lenovo and just download another manual. I have a lenovo all-in-one also and i get my service manual thru lenovo support.

For T420 model Lenovo doesn't call it "User Manual" instead calls it "Hardware Maintenance Manual".

I do. Open the Lenovo 3000 N500 Notebook PC, and un-stick it.

You need the Service Manual.
Lenovo calls it an HMM.
