Wont play video only plays the audio in videos

The message means the music is copy protected and that means it will not play outside the device it was downloaded to, in your case the Walkman.

install K-lite codec pack, it is free, probably missing decoders

Ok from the main screen, go to the icon that looks like a film strip - center left, hi light it and press the play button > if you have the right format video loaded, it will show in the window, hi light the one you want to play and press the play button. Videos need to be in the w++dows or wmv format.

I'd say the problem is with the file. What format have you converted it to? The players will only play MP4 files as videos with a screen size of 320 x 240 pixels - anything bigger won't play. Try converting the video to iPod format (will still work) using a Youtube to iPod converter, which you can download for free if you "Google" it. But I would definitely say the problem is with the file - go in and delete it from your MP3 player and re-convert, if not re-rip or download the file. (Don't re-rip or re-download until you've converted it again, though)

try using a diffrent converter like the arcsoft media converter that one has worked well for me just make sure you convert it to wmv

I am having same issue . i did not load software into my computer and lost my disk . do you have a disk ? Load it

you probably need to change the out put of audio
found somewher in options with your video

hi,are the files in MPEG-4 format if they are not it wont work
(P.S it wont play all protected files)
