besides the fact that you have not given a phone number ( very unwise on unsecured web pages) we don't make calls
you can get that information by ringing the local service agent yourself
here's the link to the instruction manual;

(it is for the sc-150 and sc-180)
Check page 8 for details.
Hope this helps :)
I'm not real experienced with this model vac, but I do know that many of the newer vac's are being manufactured with a small button or lever, whatever the particular brand of vac decides would best fit on their unit, that would be located somewhere around the edge of the bag door opening and would need to be depressed by having a bag inside in order for the machine to run. I would check for something of this nature to be sure that during the bag change that you didn't just miss putting it in quite right to depress the go button. Other than that, it's entirely possible that the switch died. If that's the case you'll need to bring it in to a vac repair shop for help.
If the bag full light keeps coming on, you can first try adjusting the dial on top of the vacuum cleaner. If that does not work, then you need to change the control valve. This is an internal component of the canister and is directly below the dial. You will need to follow the instructions on a previous post to open the Electrolux plastic canister vacuum, and remove the bage cage. Once you remove the bage cage you can change the control valve, and this will solve your problem with the bag full indicator.
Check to be certain the thermo lite is on and not the bag full indicator. The thermo detector is very reliable, but the bag fill valve often fails. If it is the thermo, check your hose and wand for blockage by dropping a coin through them,before opening the vac itself.Otherwise you may have a bad set of motor bearings causing the motor to overheat due to its age. The 2100 and all its canister cousins made since 1982 seem to be prone to failure of the dial valve on top cracking internally. The causes the bag full indicator to come on and the vac to shut down. To open the vac you will need to slide the locking keys and bumpers forward with the bag door open. Do this with a set of pliers. Once done the vac will open from front to back like a **** shell. Be careful to look at the underside hinge are of the bag door before separating and mark and locate the wiring harness . This vac only goes back together one way, perfectly assembled it pops together with ease. If any piece is out of line it`s like a RUBIKS Cube. Take your time . OEM parts are only available through an AERUS Elctrolux dealer or repair shop
Raise the light assessory on the front of the vac. Remove the roller assembly by rotating the square dial as indicated by the arrows. Then you must attach the accessory that sort of looks like a 4 inch square open box to the front of the vac where you removed the roller assembly and lock into place. Next you remove your bag assembly by unsnapping at the top of the handle to the vac, then at the base of the bag assembly you must unlock the plastic base from the metal vac unit by turning it counter clockwise and then pulling off. Finally you attach the hose assembly where you removed the bag assembly and lock into place by turning clockwise (reverse of taking off bag assembly base). Put vac in neutral and power on. Now you will blow from the hose assembly.
We have the Sanyo Transfomax 3 in 1 vacuum and FINALLY found that one has to use a screwdriver at the edges of the "hand hold" just above the Sanyo name (between black and green parts), to pop open the cleaner in order to replace the bag or clean the filter.
What a miserable way to change a bag!
I know this is almost a year late...but I just found your request. Ta ta, Rita
