Please look for a switch on the inner sides of the fridge or outer portion of the fridge door. If the button still has not been located, please reference the table of contents in the fridge manual to help locate the button that switches the light on.
Sound like mother board ussue removed right top hinge cover should be technician data sheet u need to look and see were it takes power from for led some units have transformer just got led Main board located on back of the unit left side exess penal unplugged unit before any servicing
well you have an LED light assembly, what this translate to is it may the light fixture, but unlikely. most likely is a computer board on the back of the fridge. I would call for service for them to trouble shoot to insure you get the right part the first time. both parts are a bit pricey.
The relay is stuck shut on the main board. This is covered by an updated board with a heavier relay. Call a dealer and have them check for service bullitens on your model
I am not aware of any special tools or proceedues require to replace a LED light bulb, however,...... LED bulbs are generally very long life bulbs (read est. 10 year life, minimum). There is at least one manufacturer which has had some issues with their LED bulbs, and it is possible that GE may have outsourced some manufacturing, so we can not rule out a bad LED, however, it is actually more likely that you have a problem with the board or a switch, in which case the service tech will have to find out why your LED is not lighting.
