SOURCE: keurig coffee maker won't draw water from the resevoir

I just got mine to work by forcing water into the pump to force it to prime. I took a syringe for a meat injector and built a gasket so it would seal over the water intake. Then I forced several syringes of water into the pump till it finally picked up and caught its prime.

SOURCE: keurig maker dispenses too little water when brewing

I found this solution on another post. Unfold a small metal paper clip and insert through the lower piercing needle of the cup holder to **** out any debris in the needle.Even a small piece of coffee or debris can slow the water flow through the cup.

SOURCE: Does not dispense water unless you pinch vent in water tank.

If your Keurig is putting water out the vent and back into the reservoir. Open the front, using a flashlight and a toothpick, clean the coffee grinds out of the little hole in the needle that pierces the K cup. When it becomes clogged with grinds the water either has to come out the vent or the coffee maker will burn out. It is a safety mechanism.

How do we descale our Keurig coffee maker

Fill the water tank with vinegar and then brew a cup a coffee using nothing but putting lever in brew mode.

Repeat several times, then fill water tank with clear clean water and repeat brewing process until no vinegar taste remains.

I have used my Keurig for years and never had to de scale.
Are you sure it needs it.
If this is a continuing problem suggest a portable reverse osmosis unit and use water from it Vs your tap water.
They can be had on ebay for under $100 and are easy to install. Coffee tastes better too.

How to clean keurig vue 700

Fill the water tank with vinegar and run through about 5-6 glasses leaving time in between to let the vinegar clean. After running all of the vinegar through it should be brewing regularly again.

Only delivers3/4 of a cup

Clean it out. Replace the filter in the water tank if needed. Clean water output in brew head. Make sure water is not pumping back into the tank during the brew cycle - this indicates a clog (or partial clog) in the water line to the brew head (most likely place is at the water output shaft in the brew head).

My keurig machine starts to brew and then just suddenly stops. To reset I have to totally unplug the machine. Any ideas? I have cleaned the bottom needle and that is not the problem

Does it seem to be pumping air instead of drawing water from the tank? If so, you can put a thin layer of keg lube (got mine at Annapolis Home Brew dot com) on the silicone flange that is right under the water tank. You have to open the bottom of the machine and take out the two screws that hold the flange in place.

I put water in after it was already brewing

This should never happen - when it's low on water it'll light the "fill water" indicator and not brew until it's filled - if you managed to somehow run a brew cycle with no water, then there is something wrong with your brewer.

Unit will not brew when pod is inserted; works w/o pod however.

This may be one of two issues:
1. The pump is malfunctioning which can cause the internal reservior to not completely fill which causes issues during brewing. My unit dribbled random amounts of water instead of brewing for about a week before the pump died completely.
2. The puncture seal isn't in the right position. Open the Keurig fully so you can see the sharp puncture pin. Very Carefully push the black rubber gasket around it all the way up. Then pull it back down about 1/16". Brew a cup, if the problem continues, try sliding the gasket further down by increments of 1/32".

Keurig B60 coffeemaker stopped pumping water because I didn't notice there was almost no water left in the chamber and started it--I added water right away but it won't pump any more water out of the...

This morning my Keurig sounds like it begins to pull water then stops. I tried to cut it off then back on. Still didn't work.Removed water from reservoir and K-cup and added pure vinegar. Ran machine several times without filter or Kcup by pressing cup selector several times. You must open K-cup holder and close each time. I had to do this about a dozen times before the water began to draw again. Flushed system by filling water reservoir with fresh water, and brewed just plain water until vinegar was gone.Works like brand new.
