Samsung plasma tv pn64e550d1f screen is blank but audio sound good, I was replace main logic control board, y buffer board & y main board but it still same problem, please tell me what can I do?

Three kinds of detects count for this problem. It could be the Logic board, or the Logic Buffer board, or the PDP panel. Just drop your tv to the warranty depot shop to repair.

On a logic board, there are slotted connectors on all four sides, while T-CON boards have connectors on just two sides.

X-Sustain and Y-Sustain Boards

Also known as the X-SUS and the Y-SUS, the x-sustain and Y-sustain boards only appear in plasma screen TVs. The X-sustain board may also be called the Z-SUS. These boards function similarly, producing proper screen images. Although they serve pretty much the same function, the two boards work independently of each other. The X-sustain board activates all the display lines at once, while the Y-sustain board addresses all the individual lines of display. When one board breaks down, it probably does not affect the functionality of the other. However, it may be a good idea to have both replaced because X-SUS and Y-SUS boards have a relatively short lifespan anyway. A failure of one could mean an impending failure of the other.

Buffer Boards

Buffer boards are also only found in plasma screen TVs. Connected to the Y-sustain board, a buffer board works to turn output to the plasma display. Common defects of buffer boards include the burning and shorting of power lines.

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. Black lines on Plasma TV are cause by either the buffer boards or the logic board. OR your screen is bad. the only way to find out is the replace the boards. I would start with the Buffer boards. The buffer boards are located on the bottom of the screen attached by ribbon cables to the screen. look at the bar and replace the board that lines up with it. You can find parts fro this TV at www.interliquidparts.com You have to get the actual part number from the part on your TV to get the correct one.

Sounds like you YBU-YBL (Y-Buffer Upper-Lower) and the Y-SUS/Main is out. The Y buffer upper controls the top half and the YBL the lower half. The YSUS control all of this. The YSUS is also connected to of course the Power supply board and the logic board.

Buffer boards or Y-SUS main needs to be replaced. What do you mean by motherboard? The power supply board or the Logic or X main.... They YBU/YBL and the YSUS work in unison. Y-Buffer upper controls top half, Y Buffer lower control bottom have YSUS controls both of those. There is also D, G, E F boards that can split screan. But they to are controlled with the Y-SUS Main.
