Hi,

First, please check that your one of your tv remote buttons isn't stuck because this could cause your tv to continuously go into a certain mode.
You might then attempt to factory reset your tv to stop the service-mode issue. Please reference your device's manual to help with this. Thank you.

First suggestion is to check the cable or dish remote if using one.
boxes have CC built in, if not using a box make sure the sharp remote is in TV mode watch the mode light while pressing the mode button to make sure.

The downloaded manual pages 3 and 4 states, click the "setup 03" key and it will change to normal mode.

My Sharp El-573 calculator is in scientific mode and nothing I do will put it back in regular arithmetic mode. Please tell me how to switch it back. Thanks for any help! Barbara

Sharp Error Codes
Sharp ram clear (most models with LCD displays)
Press function 9 * 8 # 7 then # or * until display reads memory clear, then press start. Note the other maintenance mode options displayed on the screen when pressing # or *.
Sharp UX-170 maintenance mode: Turn power on, set the line selector at "T" (tone), turn the program switch ON, then press 9 * 8 # 7.
