Sounds like something is bound up or the safety kill switch is preventing you from starting it. These switches are under the riding seat. Find it and set it to try starting it again. Good luck
Check all wiring. wiring to starter from switch, check if nuetral safety swith is connected. be sure wiring harness at the switch is ok. is battery charged?
If you reformated the mp3 player's hard drive, the problem probably is that it can't find it's firmware which is supposed to be located on it's hard drive. To fix this, simply copy the GBSYSTEM folder located (usually) in C:\Program Files\TOSHIBA\gigabeat room 2.0.2 to your mp3 player's root.
