Do you mean the Schwinn 230 recumbent bike? Then Schwinn has the manual for two models (released in different years) on their product manuals page: http://www.schwinnfitness.com/schwinn_fitness_us/customerservice/manualsen.jsp . Expand the section on Recumbent Bikes and scroll through the list. The direct link to the owner's manual for the 2007 version is http://download.nautilus.com/supportdocs/OM/Schwinn/SCH_130-230_OM_RevB_web.pdf . The 2013 version is here: http://download.nautilus.com/supportdocs/AM_OM/Schwinn/SCH.230-Journey2.0.AM.OM.WARR.EN.pdf . The newer model has a USB port for a flash drive, among other differences.

What is the maximum weight for your Schwinn Tango 20 folding bike. On the tire it indicates 65 kg. Is this per tire or for the total max weight the bike will support

The tire's maximum load is hardly a testament to the frame's ability to bear weight.

I just purchased a Schwinn "Safari" 16" boys bike

Why do you need the manual? It is more than likely a coaster brake bike, and a users manual is not going to answer any technical stuff anyway. If, you are concerned with the safety of it, go to a Schwinn bicycle dealer and have them check it out. Tire pressure is on the sidewall of the tire.
