Check the drive belt. It may be loose or broken. If the belt is loose, then to tighten the drive belt, start by removing the front cover. loosen the bolts around the motor then tighten the drive belt by tightening the motor adjuster bolt. Once the drive belt is tight, tighten the motor back down.

Hope the speed sensor have some problem may dust on it or the treadmill need lubrication. Most of the treadmill stop after some kilometres reading indicating that its time to lubricate it. Either a faulty Motor Controller Board or Motor. Disconnect the power lead. Disconnect the Motor from the Controller board. Then reconnect the power lead. Press 'start' and see if this trips the electrics. If the electrics trip when the Motor is not connected to the Controller board, then the Controller board is faulty. Disconnect the power lead then test the Motor. Try running the Motor with a Drill Battery, connected to the Motor leads. These tests should only be done if you are competent to carry out the tests.
