I have a Karcher 2.200 Hoover, when I switch it on its too loud to use. What could be the problem. I have emptied it and cleaned it properly

I would return it back to the store where it was purchased and get a new one or a different one.

what does the really loud noise sound like? Is it a loud, whining sound? if so, the motor may be getting ready to go out. Also check that the belt isn't stuck-though you would smell burning rubber if that were the case.

You could check the motor brushes, if they are worn and check for loose wire connections.
Another possibility is that there may be a break in the lead, plug it in and shake the lead, if it starts and stops you have probably found your problem with a broken lead.

make sure that you have filled everthing properly and the hoover steam is in a good condition. or check else is there any loose coonections in the bottom of the hoover, which makes the tank empty.
