I changed the filter but it is still showing a red light.

This is another one for the user manual! Always check it first. It would seem likely that the system is either time or water flow controlled. By this I mean that somehow your little red light is caused to light up. For example by a little device which can measure how much water you've used. This device could need resetting.

Try contacting manufacturer

If the indicator is a light or series of lights, the light will change from green to yellow. This tells you this it is almost time to change your filter. It is recommended that you replace the filter when the status light changes to red, or when water flow to your water dispenser or ice maker noticeably decreases.
Hence, it's advised to check your water flow (pressure) is perfect. If your water flow is normal the indicator display will automatically be gone and also you will get water also. Please also check any tints orkinks in water hose, if it's correct it. Thanks, Helpful?

Page 20 shows how to unlock the dispenser and reset the filter light and I have pasted them here.

There are products at Lowes or Home Depot near the appliance for odor removal, I like to put a bowl of cotton balls on a couple of shelves, soak the cotton in vanilla once a day. The odors will be gone in a couple of days.

get the new filter and directions are on box,usually you twist them out just like tightening or lossening anything else

Afer you change the filter and have run the water for about 1 minute you then hold down the light & lock button together and this should turn the change filter light off.

You can change your lighting to fluorescent lighting the brighter the fluorescent lights are the better your cam will show up the colours, it worked for me.
