My friend I am sorry to tell you this but your KS20 phone does not have a GPS chip in it.

The best you can do is download Google Maps (free) and use the "Get Directions" function to see a map of your location. This will be costly if you don't have a WiFi internet connection as google continually downloads maps to your phone as you scroll around on the maps or zoom in and out.

SOURCE: can't get existing bluetooth headset to work with new phone

I had that problem when I changed handsets. You need to:

1. ensure the bluetooth setting is turned on on the handset
2. switch on the scala 500
3. press and hold the scala 500 power button until the red and blue lights are both flashing (you have to hold the button in for quite a few seconds)
4. now you can search for new bluetooth devices from your handset and it should find it to enable you to connect
