I do not know what an E-11 code is on that unit. But the fact you say no buttons are working gives me a clue that you may have a bad touch panel. Could be a Goofed up Microprocessor on the board. A Lot of units will give a code for a bad pad. If an air pocket in a pad colapses, the microwave thinks you are pushing and holding down a pad, so it will give a error code. An E-11 code may mean a bad touch panel on your unit. Try to unplug the unit, give it a minute and plug it back in, try to set the clock first and see what it does. When setting the clock try all of the number pads and see if they all respond. If one doesnt that mey be your bad pad. Or if a number comes up on its ownwithout pushing it, that pad could be shorted.
The SE error code means a key has been depressed for more than 10 seconds. Press the "Clear" button, does it reset and work normally? If not, try completely cycling power to it. If that doesn't work you will probably need to replace the touch pad assembly.
TE error code indicates that you have a problem with the touch keypad communication between the control panel and the main control circuit board. You could try and see if you have a "gunked" up touch panel, if the ribbon cables are still okay and properly seated.
F3 Key panel (touch pad) shorted This code will occur if a shorted key panel is detected continuously over 60 seconds. Replace key panel (also called touch pad).
HI. Kindly, unplug the unit for five minutes. this will drain all power, and reset the main board. Once the five minutes have passed, simply plug the unit back into the power outlet. If the error continues, the touch pad should be replaced asap.

Key panel (touch pad) shorted
This code will occur if a shorted key panel is detected continuously over 60 seconds. Replace key panel (also called touch pad).
ut the tech sheet did mention that intermittent F7 problems are usually caused by poor connections. So I pulled the ribbon connector off the control board and cleaned the copper connectors using a pink pencil eraser. That whupped that puppy!
But then I went out on another service call, same oven, different house. The pink pencil eraser trick didn't work on this one so I had to apply some of that famous Samurai gray matter. To identify the problem on this one, I cut power to the range and disconnected the ribbon connector that connected the touch pad to the electronic range control (ERC) board. Then I re-applied power and let it sit that way for 24 hours after which the customer was instructed to call me and report on the error code status of the oven. If no error code was reported, I knew the touch pad was the problem. If, on the other hand, the F7 error code came back, then I knew the (ERC) was the culprit. In this case, the error code did not come back during the test period and, using my keen, Vulcan-like powers of deduction, concluded that the touch pad was defective. I replaced the touch pad and problem solved!
