What psi does the gc150 5.0 pressure washer put out? Is it too much for wooden decks and docks?

To answer you exactly I would need to know the model number of the pump. But in general a pressure washer powered by a 5hp engine would put out between 1800 to 2800 psi. The volume (Gallons per minute) would vary from 2.1 to 3 gpm. That being said, any of these variations would allow you to wash a wooden deck with the proper amount of caution. 1st Choose a nozzle with the widest spray pattern (usually the white one) 2nd Hold the nozzle about 6 inches from the deck. 3rd Always used a sweeping motion WITH the grain of the wood. If you find that it's not quite cleaning the way you want you can always move the nozzle closer to the deck or change the nozzle to the next narrower option(usually the green one) Hope this answers your questions.

How do i prime the pump on the soaper or chemical dispenser on my troy built 2550 psi pressure washer?

There is no need to prime. But you do need to use the black spray nozzle to get soap to siphon out.
if that doesn't solve the problem let me know

How do i prime my troy built 2550 psi pump for the soap?

You have to use a low pressure nozzle ( usually black with very large spray opening) With the low pressure nozzle siphons your detergent in with the spray water . If you are using a high pressure nozzle the soap will not prime.

Motor pulses on full power wash

It sounds like you either have a clogged nozzle or one that is too small for your pump. At lower speeds the pump is pumping less gpm. So your unloader valve does not cycle. Then when you go to full power. The engine is running faster and pumping more gallons per minute. The nozzle is too small or clogged and so the bypass opens and closes ( surges) Try a new nozzle that is the right size for your machine.

Cabin pump, primed fine only goes to28psi and keeps running

Sounds like the injector nozzle is plugged. This nozzle is directly inside the influent line on single line jets and down in the well on two-line jets. I'm assuming you have it primed correctly. If this happened suddenly the it'd definitely the injector nozzle. It it was a gradual process over time then I would say it's either a badly worn nozzle or worn impeller.
