Hi, this sounds like a Balboa pack and topside control. press the temperature button along with the light button. This should put you into the filtration mode selection. Then toggle using the temperature control buttons until you find your mode ST for standard and EC for Economy or SL for sleep. You can find more information here. SOURCE: Cannot get temperature buttons on hot tub to change

Hi,
Do the other buttons work? Is the control panel locked, some spas have a control panel lock to prevent kids from playing with the temperature. Are any of the buttons stuck in the de-pressed/down position? If neither the problem is likely in your topside control which means it will need to be replaced.

My Dream maker Odyssey spa is stuck on economy mode. There is no way for me to see to change it to standard mode.

Try pressing 'TEMP' then 'LIGHT'. You may have to do this a couple of times.

If you don't have a 'TEMP' button, either the temperature up or down will also work.

There are three modes, ECONOMY (EC / ECO / ECON), SLEEP (SL / SLP) and STANDARD (ST / STD). For everyday use keep it on STANDARD mode.

I have the big ez spa I cannot get the SL setting to change and stay on anyother setting.

Hi as you know you are in the Sleep mode of your pump and filter settings. To change the setting to a different setting you must click on the temperature button followed by the light button. This will put you in the filter selection mode once there use the temperature buttons to toggle between the options. For more information you can look to this link. Why is hot tub over-heating past max temperature?

Sounds like a problem with the thermostat.

SL display came on. Not heating.

If the SLP or SL Message is Alternating with the Water Temperature on the Display, the Spa is Operating in the Sleep Heating Mode.

If the SLP or SL Message is ON Solid (Not Flashing) on the Display, the Spa is Operating in the Sleep Heating Mode, but there is No current water temperature because the Spa is between Filter Cycles.

Hope this helps.

Tub is not heating to temperature and flashing a Ec message on the temperature screen.

the Ec message is reffering to the mode the tub is set for. Ec stands for Economy mode. In Economy mode the heater will only come on during the filter cycle you have programmed. It will take a while for the tub to actually heat up in this mode. Change the mode to St mode which stands for Standard mode. Your manual should explain how to do this. usually you hit the temp button then the light button to change from mode to mode. Once the St is in the read out window don't touch anything and it will except the programmmed entry automatically. In the Standard mode the tub will keep heating until the set temperature is reached. then it will come on every half hr or so to check that the temperature is maintained.

My hottub want raise the temp above 89 on the control panel it says sl 89 i know it has three modes sleep mode econo and standard but how do i change the modes? the tub is a nordi sport

Some hot tub keypads have a 'mode' button. If yours doesn't try pressing 'warm/temp' followed by 'Jets'..... it's usually a combination of keys that changes the mode and this one springs to mind but I could be wrong.

Good luck,
