I am assuming this is a Gold Medal Popper with the Big Eye System, since it is the only Beeping popper currently available. The beeping is an error code that the thermostat is not connected. Double check the kettle is plugged in tight, otherwise contact a service technician.

Why is Grohe red tap beeping?

It sounds like it is overheating or it thinks it is overheating. Check the temperature of the water that you pull off with a digital thermometer. It may need a new temperature thermistor. It may also have a pressure sensing gauge.

I cannot take off the lid of the Pro chef and manual is unclear. How do I unlatch it?

Manual Pro Chef PU 100
I have received the hot water boiler, but it does not stop boiling the water. Instead of going to "Keep Warm", the machine continues to boil the water indefinitely. We left the boiler on and came back after 2 hours, and it didn't stop heating the water. Therefore, I refilled the boiled, turned off the machine, unplugged it, plugged it back in, and then turned it back on. The water continues to boil without going to "Keep Warm". I require a solution to the issue or a replacement as soon as possible.

Will thermostat stop kettle from overheating and blowing thermal fuse

The thermostat built into the kettle stops the kettle from heating at a prescribed temperature. usually around 425 F. This is hot enough to smoke and cause instant burns, but is the required temp for popping popcorn.

I do not know of a "thermal fuse" built into popcorn machines. Mechanical thermo stats are not flawless. they can and do malfunction, either too cold or too hot. the model popper you have is not adjustable, or repairable.

If you are tripping a electrical circuit breaker that is a different problem not related to kettle heat. It is a symptom of an overloading problem of your outlet, or a ground fault in the popcorn popper.

My Breville kettle does not beep anymore when the desired temperature has been reached.

Might not work, so don't cuss me if it doesn't, but have you tried demineralizing it? Pour it full of white vinegar, let it heat to about 160-180 and then turn it off and let it soak for a couple of hours. The vinegar will dissolve any mineral deposits on or in the heating system. Mineral deposits are the bain of electric water heating systems of all types. Drip coffee makers, 95% of the time, a premature ***** is due to mineral deposits. It also destroys house hot water heaters.

How to clean my Braun electric kettle

Hi, follow the instruction below to clean it up...

Unplug the tea kettle from the wall outlet, and detach the plug from the kettle.

Pour 1/4 cup white vinegar into the kettle, and fill the kettle halfway with hot water.

Agitate the kettle so the vinegar mixture hits the sides of the kettle walls, and let the water sit for 20 minutes.

Discard the vinegar water, and scrub the interior of the kettle gently with a nylon sponge.

Rinse the kettle with hot water, and repeat as needed until all buildup is removed. Let the kettle air-dry before inserting the cord back into the kettle.

Hot temperature

If you turn the unit around and look indise the back of it, there is a black knob that you turn to adjust the temperature. It is kind of hard to see unless you turn the machine full around.

Popcorn maker

When Popper Has Popped Corn Just Before.
1. Pour the properly measure amount of Oil into the kettle.
2. Wait about 45 seconds - or until the Oil in the kettle starts to smoke slightly.
3. Pour the contents of the properly measured corn cup (kernels plus popcorn salt or Flavacol) into the kettle.
4. Wait about 2 1/2 minutes. If you are using a pan on the stove without an agitator, you must constantly shake gently. When the crackling noise of the popping corn is no longer heard, dump the kettle and empty it completely.
5. Repeat if needed for more popcorn.
6. When you are finished popping, turn off the kettle agitator switch (if you have one) and turn off the Pilot light/ heat switch.
7. After the machine has cooled enough so as not to be dangerously hot, wipe the outside of the kettle with a soft damp cloth. This helps prevent a heavy build-up of the Oil.

TIPS
- Bagged floss keeps a day or two, depending on the humidity
- Use bags to make and display cotton candy in advance - use cones for immediate sales
- Unless you're experienced, it's best to turn off the motor to refill the spinner head
- If machine will be used more than 20ft. from power source, be sure to have an adequate extension cord
