Model 1099rx not working,even after I replaced all batteries

How old is the shaver? What model is it? How handy are you? It is possible the battery is dead. As with most electric shavers they try to tell us the battery is not replaceable, but if we take it apart the battery has either a model number or specifications on the side we can hunt down and purchase.

Even if you can't find the exact same model, make sure the specs are the same as the ones on the original battery and it's the same size roughly. Then it's only a matter of re-connecting the new battery in place of the old and away you go.

Popular sources for unconventional internal battery replacement is places like eBay, or if you want local, try an electronics store. If you can't find the exact battery as a replacement, you can use any as long as the chemistry, and battery specifications are the same you shouldn't have a problem.

My portable hand crank radio (for camping and power outages) had an internal NiMh battery pack which died after a few years of lack of use. Buying a new one from the manufacturer was a ridiculous price. Simply matching the specs and size I found a similar battery for a wireless home phone and used it instead. It works great and it cost a lot less than buying original.

My cordless Shark 14.4v hand vac rechargeable battery died, and there was no replacement battery. Taking it apart I discovered how the 14.4v internal battery was composed of. Several (12) 1.2v cells linked in series. So I simply bought 1.2v cells and linked them myself and put them back into the hand vac. Works great now.

There is no reset button, installing new batteries causes the sensor to reset itself.

Try removing and re-installing the batteries.

did you replace the cmos battery, try hooking it up to an external monitor, if that dont work, what model and brand of laptop? does the fan turn on?

You normally would not have to reset the code after replacing the battery. It remembers the code. I think you have a bad keypad or maybe the battery or battery connection is bad. Even a new battery can be faulty at times.

~ Try to check if the battery has power/charge ~ Check if your camera is working by using the AC Adapter only ~ If the camera would power on, the battery needs charge or replacement if you just purchased it. ~ Also check if the battery is compatible for the camera model

You may want to try a different battery or even try a different charger. If that doesnt work you will need to contact your service provider for replacement options.
