It's never too late to pay. Companies appreciate integrity, and reward those who try to practice it. Contact them and ask the best way to proceed. They'll be glad to help you.

Debit Success takes payments on my gym's behalf but charges me a $10 late fee if I have insufficient funds. they have managed to stack up $100 of late fees and are taking it from my bank account.

NOT 'highly questionable' and in fact banks do this as well if you default in loan payments or go over your overdraft limit. Your gym will have got you to sign an agreement when you joined, and the late fee will be in the small print. Taking $20 every 2 days is questionable and I would be cancelling the payment and the gym membership.

I NEED TO KNOW IF POSSIBLE FOR THE BANK TO REPOSES THE CAR WHEN YOU ARE IN ARREARS EVEN IF YOU ARE PAYING MORE THAN INSTALMENT

If you read the terms of your contract, it very likely indicates that if you are even one payment late, you are considered in default and as such, the financial institution has a right to repossess. It doesn't matter if you pay more than the minimum required per payment. The fact that a payment is late is enough to consider the loan in default. Your contract may specify a grace period or number of payments late before they will consider you in default. Also, state law may regulate such matters. Check with your state and the specific of your contract.

That being said, it is costly for the financial institution to initiate reposession so most are hesitant to do so, but they have every right to do so without warning. You may want to contact them to inquire. Many times, if you show a good faith effort, they are willing to work with you and that is far better than waking up one morning to discover your vehicle is gone.

My payment is due on the 13th of each month. Can I pay it on line ahead of time, and make sure my billing date stays the 13th of the month?

U can always pay ahead of time. Only thing you have no control over is if the vendor changes the payment due date. So u have to be vigilant lest you incur late payment charges if date is changed to earlier date.

I am making late payments from last three months. Is it the reason of getting my credit score down?

You should be more responsible about making payments. Late and missed payments really affects your credit score. Credit score shows how responsible you are, but if you can not make payment in time and have a low credit score, it will be quite hard for you to get a good financial offer in future. But it's never too late to work on your credit, so you need to start making payments in time and do you best to pay off the debt. Late payment is always a bad thing and always affect you credit, even if you use a loan for bad credit or fast cash loans.
