SOURCE: Love my Keurig B60. Bought the B70 with lager cup

You have to remove teh 5 screws from the bottom plate on the unit and they there is a small translucent corrugated hose fastened with a small ty-rep. Remove this hose and simply drain the stainless tank to the sink and replace the hose over the barb, slide the ty-rap back in place and it is EMPTY. Takes ten minutes start to finish. Phillips screwdriver and needlenose pliers are all that is needed.

SOURCE: MY KEURIG B70 IS CONTINUALLY PROMPTING TO "PRIME"

Hi, Lauren..
You can download another manual here.

Cleaning any coffee brewer is essentially the same. The easiest way is to brew one or more pots of white vinegar... it'll stink up your kitchen, but it's effective at removing build-ups and mineral deposits. Be sure to follow up these "vinegar brews" with several "plain water brews" to remove all the vinegar!

Also, if your water reservoir isn't clean (open the lid & do a finger swipe), you can use a brush to clean it or - what I do - wad up a paper towel or two, attach it to the end of a long-handled wooden spoon, and use that to get down deep into the reservoir & scrub it as much as you can before the vinegar treatment.

Alternatively, you can spend $3 or $4 for packaged cleaning compounds at stores like Williams & Sonoma.

Good luck!

How do you disassemble the plastic cover off a keurig coffee maker

Pretty tough. You need a long phillips and flat head screw drivers. And you have to undo the screws then pop the plastic clips while pulling back on the top (hard to explain)

If you need parts here's where to go:
If you’re looking for Keurig Parts, you can find them on this website.
http://www.igotsweetdeals.com or http://stores.ebay.com/Igotsweetdeals
They have every Part for Keurig b30, b40, b60, b70, and b77. If it’s not listed currently and they can have it posted the same day! Even K-cup holder assemblies and water reservoirs!
