I have a Jura Ena3. I am trying to initiate a descaling program but when I get to the 3rd step "turn the rotary switch until De-Scale" is displayed" all I see is "clean" "filter" and "exit".

We have hard water but I use a filter and we also treat our water. The water is now hardly coming through the tap.

What I meant is that when I tried to initiate the Descaling operation, I follow in the instruction book where it says to turn the Rotary Switch until De-scale is displayed, all I see is "clean" "filter" and "exit". Is it that my machine does not have this particular position and if I push "clean",it is going to work just the same.Thank you.

I have a Jura Impressa J9 but there is no Descale or Decalcify option to choose

If your machine is not displaying the descale or decalcify option, you can try forcing it into descaling mode. To do this, press and hold the rotary switch until "RINSE" is displayed. Briefly press the rotary switch again until "RINSE" lights up. Turn the rotary switch until "DECALCIFY" is displayed. Product Support - JURA

Try another descale and flushing the system. Bits of scale may have blocked the nozzle or inlet hoses.

I cleaned my Jura Capresso with a tablet, but the message "Clean Machine/Ready" won't switch back to "Ready". Any suggestions?

Fortunately the problem you describe is not model specific. All Jura machines in the series C, E, F, J, S & Z models have the same problem. The Jura recommended maintenance is insufficient or erroneous. Here is how it occurs:
1- When new machine is set up, the instructions advice the owner to set up OK for use of Filter cartridges. This set helps only to display reminders for replacing the filter.
2- The initial set up instruction also advises that with regular use of Filter, descaling the machine will not be needed. That is really not accurate. Consequently, the reminders for descaling are delayed for over one year or more. This causes serious consequence with accumulation of Calcium deposits in the entire hydraulic and coffee system.
3- Use of Filters alone does not prevent Calcium deposits. Cleaning tables recommended & sold by Jura do not remove Calcium deposits in the coffee/water passages. The automatic descaling method recommended by Jura leaves the coffee side of the machine unclean. The error message in your machine is due to Calcium deposits in the Brew group, coffee outlet & the faucet dispensing coffee in the cup. I suggest all Jura machine owners should manually descale machine. Manually descaling includes use of 6 to 10 rinse cycles with descaling solution in the water tank. The error message "Clean Machine" is accurate. This error message is pointing to descale the Brew group, coffee outlet tube and coffee dispensing faucet by using rinse cycles.

After the rinse cycles are complete, refill Descaling solution in the water tank & continue descaling the rest of the machine by using hot water dispensing function, ½ cup at a time until the tank is empty. Finally, give a final flushing of machine to flush out remaining descaling solution inside the machine.

Jura impressa s8, the display shows" please wait" and doesn't switch to the Coffee Ready.

This error is because:
1- Flow meter is blocked & not sending signal of water flow.

2- Entire hydraulic system is filled with Calcium deposits and slowed down flow of water.
Solution:
1- Open the machine and manually clean flow meter. It is located between the water tank & the pump.
2- Follow this by manually descaling the machine. Seelink. Do not use automatic descaling method suggested by Jura.
Stop using Filter cartridges as the machine reminders for descaling are silenced by use of filters. Services Unlimited Inc Parts Guru Since 1988

Jura ena 3 rotary dial issue

Have you tried completely powering it down, as far as unplugging it from the wall? Sorry if that's stating the obvious, but I'm a computer guy and 9 times out of 10, a 'reboot' fixes the problem.

Why is my Kuerig B60 coffee maker not filling the correct amount of water. ie. a cup instead of a mug or 2 instead of 3rd level?

Your b60 may need to be descaled. There might be scale built up on the water level probes in you machine. I have listed the directions below:

Brewer De-Scaling Instructions
Brewer Model: Elite B40 ' Classic B44
Special Edition B60 ' Platinum B70
To begin, you will need the following:
• 48 ounces of undiluted white vinegar
• Large ceramic mug (do not use a paper cup)
• Access to an empty sink
PREPARE
Step 1:
Empty the water in the Water Reservoir.
Step 2:
Disable "Auto Off features."
FILL AND CLEAN
Step 1:
Pour approximately 48 ounces of the vinegar
into the Water Reservoir.
Step 2:
Place a large mug on the Drip Tray Plate and run a brew cycle.

DO NOT USE A K-CUP
, just press the BREW Button. Pour the contents of

the large mug into the sink.
Step 3:
Repeat the brew process without a K-Cup until"ADD WATER"

is indicated.
Step 4:
Now let the Brewer stand for at least 4 hours while still on.

Step 5:
Discard any residual vinegar and rinse the
Water Reservoir thoroughly.
RINSE
Step 1:
Ensure the Water Reservoir is filled with fresh water.

Step 2:
Place a large mug on the Drip Tray Plate and
water brew cycle. Pour the contents of the
large mug into the sink.
Step 3:
Repeat brew process until "ADD WATER is indicated.

Step 4:
You may need to perform additional water brew
cycles if you notice any residual taste.
NOTE:
If "DE-SCALE" is still displayed after
completing the procedure, repeat the
descaling procedure above.

During initial startup, will not go into heat cycle - stays in rinse and water is routed to the frother.

Under the rotary switch on the left there is a micro
switch which is probably stuck in and it always pressed. That is why you enter
in RINCE directly and also it repeatedly stays at RINCE position.

So first you need to check the rotary switch and try
to slightly pull it out with a thin screwdriver very softly. If this it does
not make any different you need to replace this rotary switch
